Information you choose to provide
If you submit the Decision Brief, you provide your name, work email, organization, optional role, area of interest, timeframe, and the decision or challenge you describe. The form also records submission timing and a random event identifier used to prevent duplicate processing.
If you arrive from a readiness tool, the form may include the assessment type, score, band, and first gap you chose to carry forward. Do not submit confidential, regulated, health, financial-account, or other sensitive personal information through the website form.
Attribution and conversion context
To understand which page or campaign led to an inquiry, the site may record the landing-page path, conversion-page path, referring site's origin, the call-to-action selected, and allowlisted campaign fields such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content, and term. Readiness context is stored in separate named fields. Arbitrary query strings and URL fragments are removed before the inquiry is sent.
How inquiry information is used
Inquiry information is used to review the request, route it to the appropriate internal recipient, respond to the sender, and maintain an administrative record of the conversation. Website inquiries are not automatically added to a marketing list.
Service providers
- Vercel hosts the website and provides Web Analytics and Speed Insights.
- Resend delivers the internal inquiry notification and the acknowledgment email.
- Attio may receive the inquiry to create or update Person, Company, Deal, and Task records for follow-up.
These providers process information to deliver their configured services. Their own terms and privacy materials govern their processing.
Analytics and browser storage
Vercel Web Analytics is configured for privacy-conscious, aggregate measurement and does not use third-party cookies. This site removes query strings and fragments from analytics and performance URLs, and custom events contain page paths and non-personal action labels—not inquiry text, email addresses, or readiness scores.
The site uses session storage to remember that the introductory screen has been seen, retain first-touch campaign context during the browser session, and remember the most recent call-to-action. Session storage is local to the browser session and is not a cross-site advertising cookie.
Security and abuse prevention
The inquiry endpoint validates the requesting site, requires browser timing data, uses a hidden bot field, limits accepted fields and lengths, and uses event-specific duplicate protection. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Retention and choices
Inquiry records may remain in email and administrative systems for follow-up, recordkeeping, security, and business continuity. To ask what inquiry information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, contact pmm@mattinglycompanyllc.com. We will review the request in light of applicable obligations and legitimate recordkeeping needs.
